If something goes wrong

Failed transaction? Here's what happens.

Check the status

Open the transaction in your history to see whether it's successful, pending or failed.

Wait for pending

Pending transactions usually get a final status from the operator, biller or bank after some time.

Automatic reversal

If a transaction fails after debit, the amount is reversed as per that service's rules.

Raise a request

Still stuck? Raise a support request from the transaction and we'll follow up.
